Refund Policy

At TANVIERA, every creation is thoughtfully handcrafted with precision, artistry, and attention to detail.

1. Made-to-Measure & Couture Creations

Due to the bespoke nature of all TANVIERA creations, each piece is individually crafted based on the client’s specifications, measurements, and design selections.

For this reason, all orders are considered final sale and are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Clients are encouraged to carefully review all measurements, specifications, and design details prior to confirming an order.

2. Order Concerns

In the rare event that a creation arrives damaged or an incorrect piece is received, clients are requested to contact TANVIERA within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for review:

  • The creation must remain unworn and unused
  • Original packaging and accompanying materials must be included
  • Supporting photographs may be requested for verification purposes

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect measurements provided by the client
  • Minor color variations due to screen display settings
  • Personalized or customized design modifications

4. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved following review, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
